Where is my order?

To track your order, you may check your confirmation e-mail after placing an order or you may log into your account. Please check your spam/junk folder as some of our emails may be found there.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, you can sign up to be part of our “Influencer Program” and receive a 15% discount with every purchase.

Am I able to cancel my order?

Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours. If you’re order has not been processed yet please contact us via email info@islaybrowsupplies.com

Can I change my order?

If your order has not been processed for shipment, we can change it.

Do you ship international?

Yes! Custom duties may apply to be paid by customer. Please check with any items that may be prohibited in your country as we will not be liable for anything seized at the border.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over $200 in continental U.S. For all orders under shipping will be determined by packing size and weight.

My tracking number shows it’s been delivered, but I did not receive it.

We are sorry to hear that. Please check around your porch or on the side of your house. If you cannot find it, please allow 24 hours to to ensure USPS/UPS is not late. You can always contact us at info@islaybrowsupplies.com

What if the address on my order is wrong?

Please contact us right away so we can change it before your order is processed. If it gets shipped to wrong address, hopefully it will be returned back to us. At that point we can reprocess order for shipment at your expense.

How can I get my invoice?

What is your return policy?

We can only return unopened/new products within 14 days. Not all items are eligible for refund. Please review our return policy for more details.

What if I was sent wrong item or missing an item?

Oh no! Please contact us within 3 days from delivery date.

What pigments do you offer?

We have an extensive amount of pigment selection. We have Tina davies, evenflo, brow daddy, Monica ivani and  more!

My iSLAY permanent makeup machine stopped working.

We are sorry to hear that. All of our machines have a 6 month warranty period. Please email us at info@islaybrowsupplies.com

Where are your suppliers?

We sampled and have done a lot of research to offer the best products in the industry. We have suppliers in U.S., Canada and overseas.

Are your products safe?

Yes, absolutely. All of our products are vegan and cruelty free. We made sure to seek out products with no harmful substances.
