Universal pigment thinner is added to reduce the concentration of the dye, as well as for shadow effects on the eyebrows, lips and eyelids. Can be used in the manufacture of mixes. 


Ingredients:  Aqua, Glycerin, Isopropyl Alcohol, Hamamelis Virginiana Leaf Extract.

How to use: add desired amount of diluent to the pigment and mix thoroughly.
