Recommended 1 drop per every 5 drops of brow pigment on cool skin to make sure brows do not go cool.
Can also be used to cover low-quality eyebrow tattoo with a clear purple tint (in difficult cases, when the eyebrows are bright purple, only removal is possible). Can be used to cover cold lips with a purple tint. Also suitable for lightening and slightly warming up dark and cold pigments.
